Corporate Plan
Following extensive consultation, and with input from elected members, staff and Trade Unions, Carrickfergus Borough Council is pleased to present a new Corporate Plan for the period 2011 - 2015.
The Plan contains an ambitious Vision for the future of the Borough and a Mission setting out the Council's objectives for the next four years. It is challenging but, given diligence and commitment, ultimately achieveable.
Key Strategic Themes to guide the direction of the Plan have also been agreed and are: -
- Economic Development, Tourism and Prosperity
- Health, Leisure and Wellbeing
- Sustainable Environment and Communities
- Civic Leadership and Governance
- Corporate Service Delivery
