Aires de Service (Motor Home Service Units)
The first motor home service units to be purchased by a local government authority in Northern Ireland have been installed in the Borough.
Location and Usage
The units are located in Carrickfergus (Harbour Car Park) and Whitehead (Bentra Golf Course), both are operated by tokens which can be purchased for £1.00 from three locations listed below:
- Carrickfergus Tourist Information Centre
- Carrickfergus Marina Administration Building
- Bentra Golf Course (Whitehead)
Each token provides on hour's usage of water, electricity and sewage facilities.
